Kerala Fest 2024 – Ticketing Rules, Terms & Conditions

• Program: Kerala Fest 2024
• Venue: Indian Community Centre (ICC), 12 Whyalla St, Willetton WA 6155.
• Date & Time: Saturday, 26th October 2024, 5:00 PM

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Kerala Fest 2024, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please review these rules carefully before attending.

1. Tickets and Admission

• General Admission:
  • General Public: $10 per person (Single Entry).
  • Free Entry: Children under 10 years of age. A free ticket must be booked to meet health and safety requirements.
  • Participants: $10 per person (15 years and above).
  • Free Entry for Participants: Children under 15 years of age involved in performances.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for one entry only.
• Attendees must present their ticket (digital or printed) for scanning or verification at the event entrance.
• All attendees, including children, must have a valid ticket to enter the venue.
• Tickets will be sent to the email provided during ticket reservation. It is the responsibility of the attendee to download or print the ticket for entry.

2. Behaviour and Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards event staff, volunteers, and other attendees at all times.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual violating these rules without refund.
• Attendees are required to comply with all directions from event organizers and security personnel.

3. Alcohol, Food, and Beverages

• Alcohol:
  • The consumption, sale, or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the venue and surrounding areas.
  • Any violations related to alcohol will be reported to the authorities, and KCA will not assume responsibility for incidents arising from such violations.

• Food & Beverage:
  • A Payasam Mela will be held at the venue, sold on a first-come, first-served basis from 5:00 PM.
  • A food stall organized by KCA will offer pre-packed meals for purchase at a nominal charge.
  • Soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages will also be sold at the counter.
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted at the venue.
  • Attendees are responsible for disposing of food waste in the provided bins to maintain cleanliness.
  • The organizers are not liable for any food-related allergies, illnesses, or injuries. Some food may contain allergens such as nuts, eggs, dairy, or gluten.

4. Health, Safety, and Security

• Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations mandated by the event organizers and the venue, including safety protocols.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Any suspicious behaviour, unattended items, or emergencies should be reported to event security immediately.
• The event organizers and venue management shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, theft, damage to personal property, or other incidents occurring at the venue.

5. Filming and Photography Consent

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event organizers or authorized media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event staff upon entry.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

• The event organizers reserve the right to alter the event schedule, entertainment lineup, or any event details at their discretion.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, health emergencies), the event may be postponed or cancelled. Ticket holders will be informed of any changes via the email provided during ticket purchase.

7. Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are prohibited from the venue:

• Alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances.
• Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous items.
• Professional photography or recording equipment (unless with prior approval).
• Large bags or luggage.
• Outside food and beverages.

8. Liability and Indemnity

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue management, and associated partners against any claims.
• The organizers are not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, and technical issues.

9. Refund and Ticketing Policy

• Tickets are strictly non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
• No refunds will be provided for failure to attend, removal from the event for breaching the terms, or dissatisfaction with the event.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

Booking Instructions:

1. Choose your ticket type, enter quantities, and click “Add to Cart” to purchase your selected tickets.

2. Click “View Cart.”

3. Please review ticket quantities on the cart page. To add different ticket types, click “Go Back” and make your changes. To change ticket quantities, update the quantity column and click “Update Cart.” Verify the total amount before clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

4. Please enter billing details, a valid email address for receiving the ticket link, attendee names, and Credit Card information. Review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy before clicking “Place Order.”

5. After completing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. You can download tickets for each attendee next to their name. Please save them on your phone or print hard copies for scanning at the venue.
